Our Process

At Triangular Homes, we stand by our streamlined construction process.

We understand that each client's needs and goals are unique, so we tailor our process to ensure that you feel informed, supported, and in control from start to finish. We know that residential construction can be a daunting prospect, which is why we have developed a clear and easy-to-follow guide to help you through every step of the process.

Intial Enquiry

Week 1-2

Once we receive your enquiry we work with you to determine what your new build project is going to look like with us. This can be done via phone/skype, email or in person.

Design and Specification Consulting

Week 2-4

Once you are happy with our proposal and take that next step with us the fun can begin!

Wither we are starting from scratch or using one of our pre designed plans this is the time spent nailing your design and specification. We assist you on making the best decisions to meet your expectations and within budget!

Contract Introduction

Week 4-6

You hear the word contract and think YIKES!

With us contract introduction is the most important step as it is an educational process.

I run you through every element of your build down to the foundations and provide as much information and guidance for those risky parts of your build.

I believe in showing you the full picture before your asked to commit.
