How does Design and Build work?
Initial Consultation
In this first meeting we determine what your end vision for your new home is going to look like. We look over existing sketches you may have done or our range of plans to get a good base off.
Pre-Design
Once we have a good understanding of what you are wanting to create we go away and create a rough draft. This is just to nail the overall layout and dimensions of areas to aid in providing an initial quotation for your project
Design and Specification
Now that you are happy with our proposal we send our predesign off to our highly skilled Architect. They then provide us with a set of concept drawings which we then begin to nail the finer details.Alongside the drawings we are also confirming the specification level you are wanting from your home which then allows us to confirm final pricing.
Finalise Concepts and Addendum
Now that we have nailed the concepts and specification we are able to draft the addendum and contract documents.These documents are studied and triple checked by myself, builder and most importantly you.This procedure ensures nothing has been missed and you are confident in our ability to build your dream home!
